Music is a huge passion of mine. I love music from just about every genre, and am always willing to listen to something new; you never know what you might discover!
I don't see how anyone could have just one favorite song ever...I have tons, I think it depends on a person's mood, etc.
Anyways, I'm looking for something that could become long term, although if there was no "connection" there, I'd be more than happy to make some new friends.
I've been hearing the term "straight edge" lately, and although there seem to be different definitions, that's pretty much a guideline for what I'm looking for. I don't drink, do drugs, or smoke, so I'd like to make friends with others that don't as well. I'd love to meet someone else that can prove a person can have tons of fun and be tons of fun without these things. I'm a Christian, although I haven't been to church in a very long time mostly because the ones around here are either stiff and too serious, or so contemporary that they forget what they're there for and are totally phony. Meeting someone that has some of the same principles and morals would be a big plus. Having the same roots are important, then the flowers can look anyway they want! |

Someone who's really passionate about something..Doesn't really matter what, sports, music, writing, film, food.etc--I love listening to someone talk about their passions. I love listening, period. I want to be able to learn from the person I am with, for them to feed me with knowledge about things I may not know much about, and vice versa.
Honesty/Truth --Seriously, I'd have much more respect for someone who has the gall to say "I'm not interested" or "I don't want to be with you anymore",etc. than someone who just leads me on, lies, cheats, and continues to do so...I will not tolerate any of that. I believe in treating someone the way I'd want to be treated, so of course I am truthful and honest. |
